The new Valuation Handbook, published by Duff & Phelps and available as a print publication, replaces the discontinued SBBI Valuation Edition and the Duff & Phelps Risk Premium Report. The SBBI Valuation Edition has been produced in March of each year since 1999, but the final edition in the series was published in 2013.
